Job summary

GXO Logistics in Bradford is recruiting an Operations Development Manager to lead Planning, MI, CI and systems teams, delivering projects on time and shaping the CI roadmap for the site with M&S as a customer.

You will drive talent development, partner with site teams, and communicate benefits, risks and impacts clearly. The role is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Understanding of warehouse operations and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Strong customer focus with track record of delivering against KPIs.
• Experience planning in fast-paced food logistics environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive CI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Planning, MI, systems and CI functions to support labour strategy and CI roadmap.
• Coordinate and drive onsite project management with focus on progress and risk minimisation.
• Develop teams, drive talent development and engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement delivering productivity, service and cost benefits.
• Use data to challenge performance and inform decisions.
• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships and communicate priorities.
