Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for an Operations Support Worker in Desborough to join a leading provider of integrated supply chain solutions for temperature-controlled food products. The role is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with duties including reporting, real-time issue handling with customers, and ensuring haulier bookings follow the correct processes.

You will also check WMS adherence, provide cover during holidays and sickness, and maintain accurate spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Capable of working under pressure during peak periods.
• Willingness to take responsibility and be accountable for tasks.
• Experience in a similar warehouse/logistics support role is required.

Responsibilities

• Send all customer reports at timed intervals.
• Work with customers in real time to resolve issues.
• Ensure haulier bookings follow defined processes.
• Check WMS for process adherence.
• Provide holiday/sickness cover and general ops support.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets and records.
