Staffline has a vacancy for a Warehouse / Despatch Operative in Wrexham. This full-time role offers 4 on 4 off shifts from 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am, with rates £13.64/h days and £14.72/h nights.

Duties include order picking, scanning with handheld RF devices, loading vehicles, and accurate counting in a cold storage environment. Experience in a similar role is required; PPT licence preferred but training can be provided.

• Experience in a similar role.
• Ability to read labels and counts accurately.
• Comfort working in cold stores down to -5°C.

Warehouse / Despatch Operative

for our client, a professional yet friendly company who specialises in making and developing chilled meals for the top UK supermarkets,

making over 3.7million chilled meals every week.

Staffline is recruiting Warehouse / Despatch Operative in

Wrexham.

The rate of pay is:

£13.64 per hour for days

£14.72 per hour for nights

This is a full-time role, and the hours of work are:

• 4 on 4 off, 6am to 6pm
• 4 on 4 off, 6pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

• Order Picking, some FLT Reach work if trained and Loading Vehicles
• Using handheld scanners or RF guns
• Reading labels and codes accurately
• Counting quantities correctly
• Working with units, boxes, cases, pallets
• Understanding pick lists, handheld scanner prompts
• Following standard operating procedures
• Working at a good pace without sacrificing accuracy
• Physically fit as Bending, lifting, and reaching is required
• Using correct lifting techniques following warehouse safety rules

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Warehouse / Despatch Operative:

• Able to work in cold stores, minus 5 degrees.
• Use of PPT is required to undertake all tasks, candidates with a current licence preferred but training can be provided.
• Experience in a similar role required.
