Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Northampton to join the world's leading logistics provider. This full-time role offers days or nights on a 4 on 4 off pattern with shifts from 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am and a pay rate of £12.81-£20.44 per hour.

You will pick items, sort stock, unload and load pallets, and may operate MHE after training. PPE is provided, including safety boots and hi-visibility vests. A good command of English and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong command of English.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift/move goods.
• Willing to undergo drug and alcohol testing.
• Previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Pick items for distribution to stores.
• Sort stock into cages or pallets.
• Unload deliveries from lorries and load pallets.
• May operate MHE after training.

Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client, which is the world's leading logistics provider.

Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Northampton.

The rate of pay is £12.81 - £20.44 per hour.

This is a full-time role working days or nights on 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

The hours of work are:

• 6am to 6pm
• 6pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties include:

• Picking items for distribution to stores
• Sorting stock into cages or pallets
• Unloading Lorries and deliveries
• Loading cages or pallets
• Some MHE operation may be required but will be agreed upon and trained by DHL

Please be aware that it will be job based in warehouse so you will need to wear mandatory PPE which is safety boots and hi vis vest.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect Warehouse Operative will be motivated, passionate, have an eye for detail and be good at following processes.

All the candidates must have a good English knowledge.

Drug and Alcohol testing is mandatory

You must be able to work on your feet for long periods of time and move products that may require bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching and lifting.

Experience in similar role desirable, but not essential
