Job summary

Staffline is recruiting Despatch Supervisors in Wrexham for a fast-paced food manufacturing site. You will lead a team of up to 10 warehouse colleagues on shift, ensuring safe handling, accurate stock, and timely dispatch of goods.

We are looking for strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in a warehouse or food manufacturing environment. The role offers 4 on 4 off shifts, on-site canteen, free parking, and staff welfare benefits.

Qualifications

• Coach and motivate the team to meet daily operational goals.

Staffline is recruiting Despatch Supervisors in Wrexham.

Your Time at Work

As a Despatch Supervisor you will be supervising a team of upto 10 warehouse colleagues on shift at this fast paced Food Manufacturing site.

Key duties include:

• Oversee safe working practices and environmental compliance.
• Plan and monitor receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain stock accuracy and manage forklift operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in warehouse processes.
• Coordinate maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Implement best practices and support operational budget reduction.
• Build a strong team culture and maintain training standards.
• Manage staffing levels and manpower resources.
• Coach and motivate the team to meet daily operational goals.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transport partners.
• Ensure SOPs and procedures are properly trained and followed.
