Job summary

Ricoh UK is seeking a hands-on Production/Mail Room Operator to support day-to-day production workflows in our Greater London facility. You will operate equipment across TRAC, IRIS, FlowSuite and finishing steps, ensuring accuracy and timely service for internal and external customers.

You will join a collaborative team, uphold health and safety standards, and adapt to other areas as required to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work within tight deadlines to meet customer requirements.
• Work as an individual and within a team.
• Knowledge of products and experience in a document/production environment.
• PC literacy and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in production areas and ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure smooth Mail Room processes and procedures.
• Follow standard procedures for Document Organisation & Finishing.
• Complete relevant paperwork accurately for management or the customer.
• Demonstrate productive work practices and meet deadlines to achieve SLAs.
• Strive for customer satisfaction with a professional attitude.
• Adhere to company standards of behavior and performance.
• Maintain equipment in a clean and safe working environment.
