Ricoh UK is seeking an on-site Post Room & Printing Operator to support daily operations and postal duties in a fast-paced environment. You will manage post, run printing equipment, and assist with various on-site tasks.

The role emphasizes equipment maintenance, accurate post handling, parcel processing and potential work across Fiery imposition workflows as applicable. This position offers opportunities in a globally recognised digital services company.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of standard Microsoft Office packages.
• Good knowledge of printers, copiers and scanners.
• Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of digital printing processes.
• Good working knowledge of Fiery imposition applications where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Report any non-compliance with company and departmental processes, wilful damage of machinery/equipment, or employee negligence to waste company resources including time, materials and property.
• Maintain all equipment in a clean and safe working order and report repairs when necessary.
• Operates all printing equipment on site.
• Operates wide format equipment where required.
• Operates finishing equipment where required.
• Provide telephony support to the client by timely response to incidents assigned via the client's incident management system, where required.
• Provide on site management of the client fleet in accordance with contractual requirements, where applicable.
• Provide additional services to the client, as requested, in accordance with the contract.
• To ensure post is delivered on time according to the site SLA.
• To process and make ready outgoing post for mail collection times.
• To assist customers with postal enquiries and procedures.
• To process courier requests and deliver incoming parcels by deadline.
• To assist in all post room services including franking, scanning etc post.
