Ricoh in the UK is seeking a contributor to join our on-site post room team in Manchester. You will operate printing and finishing equipment, deliver mail and parcels, and support client activities with timely, professional on-site service.

Competenze

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with printers, copiers and scanners preferred
• Solid IT skills and ability to quickly learn new software
• Familiarity with digital printing processes beneficial
• Knowledge of Fiery imposition applications advantageous

Mansioni

• Report non-compliance and safeguard company resources
• Maintain and operate on-site printing and finishing equipment
• Provide on-site client telephony support and incident response
• Manage client fleet on-site per contractual requirements
• Ensure timely post processing and delivery in line with site SLA
