Job summary

Ricoh UK is seeking a production operative to operate equipment across TRAC, IRIS, FlowSuite, printing and finishing, ensuring accurate paperwork and excellent customer service.

You will maintain a clean, safe workspace, work to deadlines, and adapt to other areas of the business to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Operate relevant equipment in production – TRAC, IRIS, FlowSuite, printing, copying, finishing, basic design packages, quality control, ISE.
• Ensure smooth Mail Room processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow standard procedures for Document Organisation & Finishing at work tables and machines.
• Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed accurately to provide clear information to management or the customer.
• Demonstrate productive work practices and meet minimum standards of excellence while meeting deadlines to achieve customer SLA’s.
• Strive for customer satisfaction with a professional attitude to ensure excellent service.
• Adhere to company standards of behavior and performance to fulfill all production tasks for customer service.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and keep the area tidy to meet Health and Safety regulations.
• Be flexible to work in other key areas of the business to meet customer expectations.
