Job summary

APCOA Parking in Redbridge is seeking an Operations Support Manager to drive operational excellence across our parking operations. You will bridge on-street enforcement, office functions and contract management, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance.

You will support a team of civil enforcement officers, monitor KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives with clients and local stakeholders, contributing to safer neighbourhoods and reliable services.

Qualifications

• Recent management experience (Team Manager level or similar).
• Experience managing supervisors or equivalent roles.
• Strong people-management and communication skills.
• Confident handling performance management and disciplinary processes.
• Proven experience monitoring KPIs.
• Commercially aware and comfortable analysing data.
• Good IT skills (MS Office).
• Full, clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Assistant Contract Manager to deliver a high-quality, compliant service
• Leading, motivating and developing a team of Senior Civil enforcement officers and on street CEOs.
• Deputising for the Assistant Contract Manager when required
• Ensuring KPIs, service levels and quality standards are consistently achieved
• Managing staff performance, absence and employee relations
• Working closely with residents, local businesses, councillors and the Metropolitan Police
• Helping create safer neighbourhoods and thriving local business districts
• Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are met at all times
