Job summary

Evri is seeking an Operations Supervisor at the Runcorn site to oversee night-time throughput across sortation areas. You will ensure safe, efficient traffic flow, supervise deliveries, and support maintenance of KPI targets while working in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to stay on the go during shifts. It offers permanent employment, 45 hours, and a starting salary from £33,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year working in a comparable or acting supervisory role
• Knowledge of resource management and deployment
• Excellent communicator able to provide, receive and implement operational information and instruction

Responsibilities

• Supervision & reconciliation of warehouse (deliveries, Holdbay etc)
• Efficient management of bulk/return deliveries with C&D and LGV fleet
• Support Bulk Collection Customer Planning
• Support LGV Transport rules & regulations
• Effective deployment of all operational resources in accordance with the work area requirements
• Ensure KPI targets are achieved or exceeded in accordance with the work area requirements
• Attend training and personal development courses as arranged

Contract Type: Permanent – 45 hours

Location: Runcorn

Shift: Nights / Monday-Friday 22:00 - 08:00am

Salary: Starting from £33,000

What you’ll do:

This role will ensure the safe and efficient throughput of traffic within the various sortation areas of the operation in accordance with the individual work area requirements. You will need a strong work ethic and real attention to detail. It’s a physical job, in a busy warehouse hub that’s always working at full speed, so you’ll be on the go throughout your shift. Whatever task you’re performing, your attention to detail will make sure every parcel gets to its customer right on time.
