Job summary

Evri Group is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for its Livingston site. The role is permanent, 45 hours per week, with night shifts from Monday to Friday, 04:00–12:30.

You will oversee safe and efficient throughput across sortation areas, with a focus on accuracy and timely parcel delivery. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a supervisory role, solid resource management knowledge, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with teams and drivers in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year working in a comparable or acting supervisory role.
• Knowledge of resource management and deployment.
• Excellent communicator able to provide, receive and implement operational information and instruction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile warehouse operations (deliveries, holds and inventory).
• Efficiently manage bulk/return deliveries with the C&D and LGV fleet.
• Support Bulk Collection Customer Planning.
• Support LGV transport rules and regulations.
• Deploy operational resources in line with work area requirements.
• Ensure KPI targets are achieved or exceeded per work area requirements.
• Attend training and personal development courses as arranged.

What you’ll do:

This role will ensure the safe and efficient throughput of traffic within the various sortation areas of the operationin accordance withthe individual work area requirements. You will need a strong work ethic and real attention to detail.It’sa physical job, in a busy warehouse hubthat’salways working at full speed, soyou’llbe on the go throughout your shift. Whatever taskyou’reperforming, your attention to detail will make sure every parcel gets to its customer right on time.

Key Role Responsibilities:
