Job summary

Evri is recruiting for an Operations Controller at the Runcorn site. The role is 30 hours per week, permanent, with days Monday to Friday 6am–12pm. Salary is £12.71 per hour. You will support driver briefings, maintain admin records and communicate with drivers and customers using the company IT systems.

The role requires flexible approach, strong administration experience and industry knowledge, with a focus on safety and process compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Flexible in approach to work and able to work as part of a team.
• Strong administration experience.
• Industry knowledge relevant to logistics/parcel delivery.

Responsibilities

• Driver pre-brief or de-brief as required.
• Manage container portal updates, daily container counts, key and scanner controls.
• Check SP payments and issue daily/monthly reports.
• Complete admin tasks and maintain filing system including vetting and ID badges.
• Deal with customer queries via Company IT systems.
• Any reasonable request from a Manager/Supervisor.
• All Health and Safety policies and procedures are complied with in line with Site Risk Assessments.
• Comply with company guidelines on timekeeping, attendance, work performance and behaviour on site.

WhatYou’llDo:

You willassistin the Pre-Brief/De-Brief and complete Driver documentation. You will also complete andmaintainthe company documentation. As well as communicating with Drivers and Customers via telephone andappropriate companyIT Systems.

Key Role Responsibilities

• Any reasonable request from a Manager/Supervisor
• All Health and Safety policies and procedures arecomplied with(asstatedin the employee handbook/displayed at the location) in line with Site Risk Assessments
• Comply withCompany guidelines in relation to timekeeping, attendance, work performance, appearance and displayappropriate behaviourwhilst on site.
