Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Southampton is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Head Housekeeper in delivering Leonardo standard of cleanliness and guest care at the Southampton property.

You will train new team members, distribute room lists, monitor productivity, inspect rooms, and coordinate with other departments to ensure memorable stays for guests.

You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be the backbone of the team as you’ll be working with the Head Housekeeper to inspire and motivate the team, ensuring that all guests have memorable experiences with us. You’ll be creating and distributing room lists to the team, ensuring that the department’s productivity is aligned with targets, and inspiring the team to exceed our guests’ expectations.
