Our tomorrow is built on a firm foundation. Here at Balfour Beatty, we’re on our way to leading every market we’re in, and we have the strategy and momentum to get there. Join our Asset & Technology team as a Operations Supervisor - Modular Accommodationand you’ll be part of it.
What you'll be doing
• Supervising subcontract workforce on site
• Deliver effective task and safety briefings
• Implementing risk assessments and method statements as and when required
• Provide exceptional customer service, uphold company values and expected
behaviours
• Maintaining a good relationship with site personnel
Who we're looking for
The following qualities/experience are essential:
• CSCS Supervisor / Manager’s card
• SSSTS / SMSTS
• Knowledge of the construction / modular industry
• At least 3 years’ site experience, ideally with modular buildings
The following qualities/experience are desirable:
• Full CPCS Lift Supervisor / Appointed Person Qualification (Blue Card)
• Slinger signaller qualification
• Strong experience of working with modular / temporary buildings
