Job summary

White Recruitment Construction in London Heathrow seeks an experienced Air Export Operations Coordinator to join a global freight forwarding and logistics business. You will manage air export shipments from booking through final departure, liaising with airlines and overseas offices to ensure on-time delivery.

You will handle export documentation, Air Waybills and customs procedures, while delivering a high level of service to customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within Air Freight Export Operations.
• Good knowledge of the end-to-end air export process.
• Experience with export documentation and customs procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple shipments in a busy operational environment.
• A proactive, organised and commercially aware approach.

Air Export Operations Coordinator

Location: London Heathrow / Feltham
Salary: Up to £38,000
Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:30pm
Job Type: Permanent

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for an experienced Air Export Operations Coordinator to join a well-established and rapidly growing global freight forwarding and logistics business at London Heathrow.

You will take responsibility for managing air export shipments from start to finish, working closely with customers, airlines, overseas offices and internal teams to ensure freight is moved efficiently, compliantly and on schedule.

The Role
