Job summary

Retail Active in Winnersh, Berkshire, seeks an Operations Executive to manage systems and projects within our Shop Metrics platform. You will work with Account Managers to ensure projects are built accurately, on time, and aligned with client specifications.

This full-time role combines technical project work with operational support, requiring good IT skills (Microsoft 365, Excel), attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience with business systems, databases or workflow platforms.
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive mindset to ask questions and challenge requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure and maintain projects in Shop Metrics per client specs.
• Be the first contact for Account Managers and Operations.
• Coordinate and book mystery shoppers across projects.
• Manage workflows, briefs and field communications.
• Troubleshoot system issues and escalate as needed.
• Produce reports and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure correct project builds.
• Support multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail.
