Qualifications

• Experience configuring and administering business applications and operational software.
• Strong ability to analyze workflows and identify practical improvements.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Capable of balancing reactive IT support with longer-term system improvement projects.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Configure, customize, and optimize operational systems including fleet, compliance, and scheduling platforms.
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and automated workflows to streamline operations.
• Lead small to medium improvement projects from analysis to training and support.
• Act as liaison between software vendors and internal users to translate requirements.
• Review software capabilities and recommend enhancements or training to improve adoption.
• Drive operational efficiency through better use of technology.
