Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to support Operations, aligning procedures with policies to ensure compliance and governance. The role focuses on embedding training, optimising processes and driving cross-functional collaboration across Product, QA and the Operations teams.

You will help document and update procedures, sign-off with Procedure Owners, and contribute to the digitalisation strategy with new technology solutions.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaboration with executives, managers and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Support updating procedures when changes occur and ensure sign-off by Owners and Approvers.
• Govern and document all Operations processes and procedures.
• Attend Product demos and document impacts on processes and update procedures accordingly.
• Lead Monthly Procedure Review meetings when required and take notes for attendees.
• Support FAQ Review and quarterly updates with the Procedures Manager.
• Assist digitalisation strategy and new technology solutions in Policy/Process/Procedure management.
• Assist in change implementation through document analysis, workshops and use cases.
• Interact professionally with stakeholders across the business.
