Allica Bank seeks an Operational Excellence & Procedures Lead to drive continuous improvement across Operations, aligning processes with growth while embedding AI-enabled workflows. You will partner with Product, Technology, Risk and Change to ensure scalable, customer-focused procedures and strong governance.

This role focuses on automation opportunities, knowledge management, and efficient procedures to support new products and regulatory changes within a fast-growing bank.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Operational Excellence and process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance understanding.
• Experience enabling automation or AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead process review and standardisation across Operations.
• Map end-to-end customer journeys and optimise workflows.
• Embed AI capabilities and measure benefits of automation.
• Maintain procedural governance and update documentation.
• Support change delivery with robust MI reporting.
