Job summary

Midas Recruitment Ltd is seeking a proactive and organised Planning & Operations Administrator to join a busy operations team. You will receive thorough training on the company’s systems and processes and support colleagues across the function.

In this fast-paced, customer-focused role you will coordinate planned and reactive work, maintain records, raise purchase orders and respond to enquiries from customers and suppliers with clear, concise communication.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and planning skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident IT skills with experience updating systems and producing reports.
• High attention to detail, especially with documents, invoices and compliance.
• Proactive, solution-focused approach working with colleagues, customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and reactive work to meet deadlines and service standards.
• Provide admin support to operations team, maintain systems and produce reports.
• Liaise with customers, field-based staff and suppliers via phone and email.
• Monitor contract documentation and maintain records in line with procedures.
• Raise purchase orders, check invoices, arrange accommodation and assist supplier setup.
