Job summary

Complii in Aylesbury is seeking an experienced Operations Controller – Planner/Scheduler to coordinate day-to-day operations, schedule engineers, manage systems, and ensure exceptional service.

You will liaise with engineers, customers and internal teams to deliver work from booking through invoicing, maintaining compliance and efficient administration while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations Controller/Planner/Scheduler roles.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling and administration.
• Familiar with health & safety, PPE, RAMS and compliance docs.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations and staff induction/training; ensure compliance with policies and safety requirements.
• Plan, schedule and monitor engineer workloads using CRM systems and portals; allocate jobs by priority and location.
• Manage enquiries, appointments, documentation, orders and invoicing readiness to support billing.
• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement by checking timesheets, billing data and CRM usage.
