As an Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering tailored Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions for our clients in the life science sector. Based in the UK, you will collaborate closely with the client to optimize their recruitment processes, manage the sourcing team, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building strong client relationships and providing innovative recruitment solutions.
• Contributing to the strategic development of our RPO programs.
• Conducting regular review meetings to discuss service performance and satisfaction.
• Managing team composition, leadership, and knowledge sharing.

Ideal candidate profile:

• Experience as Operations Manager, Delivery Manager, or in similar roles within staffing agencies or RPO programs.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition trends, employer branding, and recruitment strategies.
• Proven ability to develop business plans and recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Location and travel:

• Hybrid work model with 1 day a week in the office (Slough, Birmingham, or London).
• Monthly travel within the UK.
