You will oversee operational performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping service deliver, enhancing customer experience, and supporting strategic objectives.,

• Lead and manage the Revenues and Centralised Collection Services, ensuring high performance and service standards.
