We are seeking a highly organised and results-oriented Operations Manager to drive operational finance initiatives across the entire portfolio of Dwelly Brands. This role involves development of the central team and working in close collaboration with Dwelly Product team and agency directors to develop and implement best-in-class financial processes, i.e. rent collection, reconciliations, landlord payments, deposits management, and other financial services for tenants, landlords, and contractors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be analytically minded, and demonstrate a proven track record in people and project management.
Key Responsibilities:

Growth Potential: As with any startup, growth happens due to hyper-growth of the team below you. This role is already in the top 15 positions within the company. In 2-3 years from now, you will probably be managing a team of several dozen people, managing one of the core business processes of Dwelly.
