Your responsibilities at Yuno
  1. Act as the primary contact for key accounts, building strong client relationships and ensuring alignment with their objectives.
  2. Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, upselling existing offerings, and leveraging market and competitor insights.
  3. Collaborate with technical, business, legal, sales, marketing, product, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  4. Monitor and improve client satisfaction, addressing concerns proactively and refining products or services based on feedback.
  5. Oversee the successful implementation and ongoing growth of accounts, using data analytics to inform strategic decisions and achieve performance targets.
Skills and qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager with international customers in the payments industry.
  • Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
