We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Operations Manager to drive operational finance initiatives across the entire portfolio of Dwelly Brands. This role involves developing the central team and working closely with the Dwelly Product team and agency directors to develop and implement best-in-class financial processes, including rent collection, reconciliations, landlord payments, deposits management, and other financial services for tenants, landlords, and contractors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be analytically minded, and have a proven track record in people and project management.
