Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Operations Manager to drive operational finance initiatives across the entire portfolio of Dwelly Brands. This role involves developing the central team and working closely with the Dwelly Product team and agency directors to develop and implement best-in-class financial processes, including rent collection, reconciliations, landlord payments, deposits management, and other financial services for tenants, landlords, and contractors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be analytically minded, and have a proven track record in people and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payments team and process development

• Build a central team of Finance Administrators covering all Dwelly agencies
• Collaborate with local agency directors to support high-quality user experiences for tenants and landlords
• Develop operational processes to minimize costs while maintaining high client NPS
• Introduce or reconsider financial services to maximize revenue
• Create training processes for new Finance Administrators

Participate in Product roll-outs and development

• Design optimal operational finance product flows with Product managers
• Ensure smooth weekly rollout of new product features
• Gather and present feedback from your team to Product Managers for further development

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years in operational roles, preferably with a consulting background (Senior Analyst or Associate level). Strong experience in structured environments and managing teams is essential.
• Skills: Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented; excellent people skills for managing remote teams.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in operational tech businesses, with the ability to develop new processes from scratch, especially in payment processing, billing, and reconciliations.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a proactive attitude and excellent attention to detail.

Growth Potential: This role is among the top 15 positions in the company. In 2-3 years, you may manage a team of several dozen people and oversee a core business process of Dwelly.
