Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and results-oriented Operations Manager to drive operational finance initiatives across the entire portfolio of Dwelly Brands. This role involves developing the central team and working in close collaboration with the Dwelly Product team and agency directors to develop and implement best-in-class financial processes, such as rent collection, reconciliations, landlord payments, deposits management, and other financial services for tenants, landlords, and contractors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be analytically minded, and demonstrate a proven track record in people and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payments team and process development

• Build a central team of Finance Administrators covering our entire portfolio of Dwelly agencies.
• Collaborate closely with local agency directors to support high-quality user experiences for tenants and landlords.
• Develop robust operational processes, rethinking industry standards to minimise costs while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Introduce new or enhance existing financial services to maximise Dwelly revenue.
• Establish learning and training processes for new Finance Administrators.

Participate in Product roll-outs and development

• Design optimal operational finance product flows in collaboration with Product managers.
• Ensure smooth deployment of new product features released weekly.
• Gather and quantify team feedback, structure and present it to Product Managers for further development.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years in operational roles, ideally with a consulting background (Senior Analyst or Associate level). Strong experience in structured environments and team management is essential.
• Skills: Exceptionally organised, analytically minded, detail-oriented; excellent people skills to manage remote teams.

Background:

• Experience in operational tech businesses, with the ability to develop new processes from scratch. Ideally, experience in payment processing, billing, reconciliations, and product rollouts.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a proactive attitude and excellent attention to detail.

Growth Potential: This role is already among the top 15 positions within the company. With growth, you may manage a team of several dozen people and oversee core business processes of Dwelly within 2-3 years.
