Job summary

JLL is seeking an Operations Manager to lead on-site facilities and services for a Grade A office building in central London. You will oversee hard and soft services, security, and reception, while guiding the refurbishment program and coordinating with project teams and the client.

You will work with senior client representatives to maintain premium service standards, manage budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance throughout the transition and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Proven facilities management experience in multi-let properties or premium environments.
• Experience leading operations during major refurbishment or construction projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior client representatives and contractors.
• Good understanding of building systems (M&E) and service delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations for a Grade A office building in London.
• Manage hard and soft services, reception, and security to premium standards.
• Coordinate refurbishment activities with project teams and contractors.
• Maintain service excellence during refurbishment with minimal disruption.
• Ensure health, safety and risk management policies are followed.
• Oversee budget, procurement, and reporting to the General Manager.
