Job summary

JLL is seeking an Operations Manager for Property Management to oversee day-to-day operations at The Stage. You will manage day-to-day services, coordinate with the General Manager and Central London FM Client Lead, and ensure high standards of safety, efficiency and service quality across the estate.

You will lead AFM line management, coordinate mechanical/electrical works, and manage vendor relationships while maintaining budgets and reporting to the GM.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-let estates for Investors or corporate occupiers.
• Strong contractor management and budget reconciliation skills.
• Excellent IT and report-writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operational management of services within The Stage.
• Work with GM and Central London FM Client Lead to ensure service quality.
• Monitor service delivery and procurement to ensure best price and standards.
• Maintain Health, Safety & Environmental management policies for the property.
• Liaise with occupiers and contractors to ensure timely service delivery.
• Prepare weekly reports and manage helpdesk coordination.
