Malmaison in Glasgow is seeking an Operations Manager who will lead a sizable team, drive the brand strategy, and focus on exceeding standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be from the front, setting the example and mentoring your managers to deliver celebrity service.

You will have strong knowledge of food and drink within a large property, a solid grasp of Health & Safety, and experience rolling out E-Learning to teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large teams.
• Sound knowledge of food and drink in a similar sized property.
• Health and Safety understanding; rollout of E-Learning to teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate hotel teams to deliver celebrity service.
• Drive brand strategy across all areas of the business to differentiate Malmaison.
• Maximise F&B revenue by coordinating with department managers and setting the example from the front.
