Salary ranges from GBP 38,000 to GBP 40,000 per year, depending on experience, with full-time, on-site work at the Landmark site.

Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
• NEBOSH required.
• Experience with service charge budgeting and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of The Landmark Building, Manchester.
• Manage supply partners, security staff, maintenance, cleaners and third-party contractors.
• Monitor service charge expenditure and adhere to current legislation.
• Support procurement with tender programmes and contractor performance reviews.
