Form Property is seeking an experienced General Manager to own one of Manchester's prime Grade A office buildings. This hands-on, site-based role leads engineering, front of house, cleaning and security, builds occupier relationships and manages the service charge.

The successful candidate will drive hotel-style service, ensure statutory compliance, steer M&E and BMS projects, and develop the on-site team. Career progression is core, with opportunities to shape building performance over the next

• Experience running a commercial office building.

• Take full ownership as the single on-site authority for the building.
