MAPP, the UK’s leading specialist in commercial property and asset management, seeks an Assistant Building Manager for One Millennium Bridge. You will act as the front line for service delivery, ensuring high standards of management, maintenance and service with focus on hard and soft services.

You will report to the Senior Building Manager, manage budgets and compliance, and support sustainability and occupier engagement initiatives. Salary £42,000–£45,000 per year with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a similar role.
• IOSH certification is essential.
• Knowledge of service charges, budgets and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate hard and soft services on site.
• Manage service charge budgets and year-end expenditure.
• Inspect and report site condition and compliance.
• Oversee contractors, safety and permit-to-work systems.
• Engage with occupiers to improve satisfaction and retention.
