Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
• NEBOSH qualification is required.
• Experience with Proactis and Riskwise systems.
• Strong written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of The Landmark Building, Manchester.
• Coordinate evacuation of the building when required.
• Manage service charges, budgets, and expenditure with the building manager.
• Monitor adherence to CDM Regulations and communicate with clients/occupiers.
• Support procurement with tender programs and contractor performance reviews.
