Our Client

Our client is one of the most successful drinks brands in FMCG. They are listed in every major supermarket and, due to consistent double-digit YoY growth, they are looking to add an Operations Manager to own the end-to-end supply chain for a significant portion of their business as they open a new factory.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Management of incoming and outgoing stock movements
2. Ownership of key external relationships with the factory, warehouse, and 3PL
3. Demand forecast planning, partnering closely with the sales team
4. Management of stock levels and raising purchase orders for stock production
5. Partner across the business on new product launches
6. Support in month-end closing activities
7. Reporting against supply-related KPIs (write-off, OTIF, delivery costs, in-store and on-shelf availability)
8. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives throughout the supply chain

Requirements to Apply:

• A background in logistics or supply chain within the food & beverage sector
• Strong Excel skills, including functions such as VLookup, HLookup, etc.; Index Matching is desirable
• Experience working with 3PL / Third Party Logistics partners and production planning with a factory
