️ Operations Manager

London (Hybrid 3x)

£40,000 to £50,000 + 15% Bonus

Our client is one of the most successful drinks brands in FMCG. They are listed in every major supermarket and due to consistent double digit YoY growth they are looking to add an Operations Manager to own the end to end supply chain for a significant portion of their business as they open a new factory.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Management of incoming and outgoing stock movements
• Ownership of key external relationships with the factory, warehouse and 3PL.
• Demand forecast planning, partnering closely with the sales team
• Management of stock levels and raising of purchase orders for stock productions
• Partner across the business on new product launches
• Support in close of month end
• Reporting against supply related KPI’s (write-off, OTIF, delivery costs, in store and on-shelf availability)
• Identify and action cost saving initiatives throughout the chain

Do you have the following to apply?

• A background in logistics or supply chain within the food & beverage sector.
• You must have strong Excel skills for this role, functions such as VLookup / HLookup etc. Index Matching would be desirable.
• Experience working with 3PL / Third Party Logistics partners and production planning with a factory.
