Job summary

Savills is seeking an Operations Manager (FM+) to lead the Operations Team and ensure consistent delivery of FM+ standards across multiple clients. This role drives performance using data, reports, and governance, and collaborates with senior stakeholders to deliver service excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and change management capabilities, with a proactive approach to process improvements and client relationship management. Working hours are 09:00am – 05:30pm.

• Excellent organisational and planning skills with ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the Operations Team to consistently deliver FM+ standards.
• Audit systems, processes, and data to drive improvements and corrective actions.
• Produce and present operational performance reports to senior stakeholders.
• ReviewHealth & Safety actions weekly and ensure timely ownership and escalation.
