Estelle Manor's Eynsham Baths is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day at a luxury spa on a rural Oxfordshire estate. You will deputise to the Head of Eynsham Baths, line-manage Duty Managers, Receptionists and Butlers, and ensure an indulgent, seamless guest experience.

You will build relationships across the estate, manage budgets, drive performance and uphold service standards and compliance.

Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

The Role:

Eynsham Baths is a world of its own, where ancient bathing rituals meet contemporary luxury. As Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of bringing this extraordinary experience to life, creating an atmosphere that feels indulgent, welcoming and unmistakably Estelle Manor.

Acting as deputy to our Head of Eynsham Baths, you will line manage a team of Duty Managers, Receptionists and Butlers, inspiring them to deliver their very best while ensuring the smooth running of the operation. You will also represent Eynsham Baths at Manor wide briefings and meetings, building strong relationships across the wider estate and ensuring the Baths thrives as an integral and collaborative part of offering at Estelle Manor.

Who we are looking for:

We're seeking an inspiring and accomplished leader with a passion for developing high performing teams and bringing out the very best in people. You'll be skilled at building strong relationships across a complex, multi department environment, influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. Combining commercial acumen with hands on operational expertise, you'll be comfortable managing budgets, driving performance, and delivering results. A background in luxury spa operations is essential, along with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the service excellence and compliance standards that underpin exceptional wellness experiences.

The on target earning potential for this role is £44,200 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £41,200, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge.

About gratuities & service charge:

• Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
• It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £3,000 in addition to their annual salary.
