Are you passionate about developing leaders and driving excellence in children’s residential care? We’re looking for an Operations Manager – Coaching & Compliance to mentor and support new Registered Managers, ensuring they have the confidence, skills, and knowledge to deliver outstanding care.
In this pivotal role, you’ll combine leadership coaching with quality and compliance oversight, helping services achieve and maintain ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted ratings. You’ll guide managers through regulatory frameworks, embed best practice, and foster a positive, learning-focused culture across homes.
