Job summary

A children's care organization is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Coaching & Compliance to drive excellence in children's residential care. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in residential childcare, excellent leadership skills, and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent. Are you passionate about developing leaders and driving excellence in children’s residential care? We’re looking for an Operations Manager – Coaching & Compliance to mentor and support new Registered Managers, ensuring they have the confidence, skills, and knowledge to deliver outstanding care.

In this pivotal role, you’ll combine leadership coaching with quality and compliance oversight, helping services achieve and maintain ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted ratings. You’ll guide managers through regulatory frameworks, embed best practice, and foster a positive, learning-focused culture across homes.

What you’ll do

• Coach and mentor new Registered Managers to build leadership capability and regulatory confidence.

What we’re looking for
