You will regularly act as Duty Manager, ensuring efficient club operation, premium service, and collaboration with the General Manager. Flexible shifts include weekends and at least one late shift weekly.

Qualifications

• Dynamic Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operation of the club reception and cleaning teams.
• Self-motivated manager who ensures exceptional service to members and a premium experience.
• Experience in service-led facilities and duty management responsibilities desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reception, cleaning and spa host teams to deliver 5-star standards.
• Act as Duty Manager to ensure efficient operation of the club.
• Collaborate with Club General Manager to maintain safety and premium experience.
• Work shifts including 4 weekend shifts per month and at least one late shift per week.
