Job summary

The Club Company in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to support the Deputy General Manager and oversee daily operations of the Club during shifts, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment and addressing member enquiries promptly.

You will supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, enforce policies, and step in across departments as needed to maintain high service standards. Evening functions and variable patterns are part of the role.

Qualifications

Diploma in hospitality or business desirable.
Ability to exemplify exceptional service standards and exceed guest expectations.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Club during your shift.
Ensure a safe working environment and address member enquiries or complaints promptly.
Supervise the team, oversee maintenance work, and ensure policies are adhered to.
Provide flexibility to cover other departments as needed to maintain smooth operations.
