Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a well-established manufacturing business in the West Midlands. The role will own the site, collaborate with stakeholders and drive operational excellence, P&L performance and transition to a fully automated environment.

The successful candidate will lead safe, efficient operations, manage budgets and KPIs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-focused delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within FMCG or highly automated manufacturing environments.
• Full P&L and EBIT responsibility with a track record of improving financial and operational performance.
• Experience leading high-turnover, high-volume operations.
• Strong site leadership and operational management experience.
