In this role you will lead the MediPAC operation, providing visible and inspirational leadership to deliver safe, high-quality and compliant patient services through operational excellence, effective governance and strong people leadership. You will be accountable for overall operational performance, service delivery, financial management, workforce planning, colleague development and continuous improvement.

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing operational team, creating a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
• Deliver operational, quality, productivity, patient safety and financial targets while ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Use operational data and performance insight to drive decision‑making, efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Maintain full compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, SOPs and Health & Safety standards.
• Manage operational budgets, labour utilisation and expenditure, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Drive operational improvement programmes, digital transformation initiatives and technology-enabled enhancements.
