Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with stock management, supply chain, operations or inventory control
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience using reporting tools such as Power BI is desirable
• Knowledge of automated dispensing systems is advantageous
• Understanding of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies is desirable
• Experience within pharmacy, healthcare, retail or distribution operations and inventory optimisation would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Monitor automation performance and identify opportunities to increase automated dispensing rates
• Investigate and resolve stock-related issues that impact automation utilisation and operational performance
• Analyse non-automated dispensing activity, identify root causes and recommend improvements
• Produce and maintain reports covering automation utilisation, bag fill performance, stock availability, demand trends and product movement
• Provide insight-led recommendations and performance updates to operational and commercial stakeholders
• Work closely with Commercial, Procurement, Retail Pharmacy, Operations and Warehouse teams to improve product availability and bag fill performance
• Support continuous improvement projects across Centralised Dispensing sites to improve productivity, quality and service levels

Centralised Dispensing - Stock & Data Analyst

Runcorn
40 hours per week across Monday to Friday

We're looking for a Centralised Dispensing - Stock & Data Analyst to come join us, based at Runcorn. In this role you will maximise dispensing automation performance by proactively managing stock availability, resolving stock-related issues, and using data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency, service levels and automation utilisation.

The heart of the role

• Monitor automation performance and identify opportunities to increase automated dispensing rates
• Investigate and resolve stock-related issues that impact automation utilisation and operational performance
