Sysco GB, based at our Reading Depot, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a large, fast-paced warehouse team. You will be accountable for team engagement, warehouse performance, safety, budgets and continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on leadership, resource planning, cost control, and strong relationship building to drive customer and colleague experience. We offer pension, generous holiday, flexible working, and ongoing training.

Having successfully led a large, fast-paced warehouse function before, you’ve got everything needed to thrive in this role:

• experience in planning resources and managing costs, service and safety through others
• the ability to coach and mentor teams to drive performance and achieve shared goals
• a results-focused and collaborative approach
• a track record of creating plans that improve the experience of customers and colleagues
• strong relationship-building and financial skills.
