Job summary

Sysco GB in Bridgend is hiring a Warehouse Operative for Sunday to Thursday nights from 21:00 to 06:00. You will work in our multi‑temperature warehouse, handling picking and packing, stock replenishment and loading onto lorries.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, basic numeracy and the ability to lift up to 25 kg; Class 2 trained candidates will also support yard shunting and cover Team Leader duties when needed. Full training and opportunities to grow are provided.

Qualifications

• A good eye for detail and accuracy.
• Team player who enjoys working with others.
• Basic numeracy and simple calculation skills.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing quality products for customers.
• Replenishing stock and loading onto lorries.

Our Warehouse Operators are the heart of our business. Joining a close-knit team in our multi-temperature warehouse,you’llenjoy plenty of variety as you get involved in everything from picking and packing quality products for customers, to replenishing stock and loading onto lorries.You’llalso be supported by our friendly admin team, so that every order is processed accurately, swiftly and in line with health and food safety procedures.
