Brakes Group in Reading is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join a close‑knit team in a multi‑temperature warehouse. You will be involved in picking, packing, replenishing stock and loading deliveries, while following strict health and food safety procedures.

The role offers a base salary of £35,263 with additional 10% for evening hours and 20% for night hours, plus a bonus and a wide range of benefits such as a pension and generous holiday. Training and discounts on products are also included.

Qualifications

• Good eye for detail and accuracy.
• Like being part of a team.
• Basic language skills and ability to perform simple calculations.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25kg.

Our Warehouse Operators are the heart of our business.
