Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to lead all stock activities at our Lutterworth site. You will ensure stock accuracy, integrity, and compliance with operational standards while coaching a high-performing team and maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include managing cycle counts and reconciliations, producing accurate management information for customers and the business, and driving cross-functional process improvements with operations,

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management within warehouse, logistics, retail or eCommerce environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, including customer-facing experience.
• Experience using warehouse management systems; JDA knowledge is highly advantageous.
• Results-driven with strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities.

• Drive process improvements across inventory operations, working collaboratively with operational, finance, and IT teams to enhance performance

Requirements

• Previous inventory or stock management experience within a warehouse, logistics, retail, or eCommerce environment.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working directly with customers


• Experience using warehouse management systems, with JDA knowledge highly advantageous


• A results-driven mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities
