Our client is looking for an ambitious Operations Manager who is passionate about delivering the best for our customers and will do whatever it takes to ensure that happens.

What You’ll Do

As Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving forward the operational performance of the factory and ensuring the team always deliver great customer service.

You’ll be responsible for all operational activities, including providing operational excellence, developing, and implementing operational plans, and ensuring that all health & safety regulations are followed. You’ll also be responsible for developing continuous improvement initiatives, driving cost reductions, and ensuring all processes are streamlined and efficient.

You’ll manage the Manufacturing and Hygiene department and will be expected to ensure that all plant is running efficiently. You’ll also be responsible for reporting and managing KPIs, and you’ll be expected to promote a culture of cost reduction while ensuring continuous improvement of product quality, customer service and operational capability.

What We Need From You

We are seeking someone with Operations Leadership experience in a commercially challenging, results-driven, and fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You’ll need to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering operational excellence and driving continuous improvement.

You’ll also need experience developing and implementing operational plans and ensuring that all health & safety regulations are followed.
